This Engagement Ring is a very famous one discussed all over due to the gorgeous design of the ring. This ring was soon replicated all over the world and is even sold online with title "Katie Holmes Engagement Ring" Tom proposed Holmes in Eiffel Tower (Paris) in June, 2005 and has then presented her with the enormous ring asking for the brides hand in marriage.

Though this blog is about diamonds, I just thought to give this blog a start with the Indian GOD Amitabh's Sapphire Ring instead. Sapphire generally known to be very sensitive is rarely worn due to it's adverse effects. But this blue sapphire is known to be constantly worn by him and seems to be very lucky for this Indian artist. He seems to be constantly changing the finger which is uses to wear the ring. Photo evidences show that he wears the ring in his right hand middle finger the most. But in some pictures it is seen that he is wearing it in his left hand little finger as well.

He seems to be wearing some other ring at the start of the career but this ring is not very much mentioned.
